DEO-CLEAN 4431 -is a product formulated for both hot tank and C.I.P. of beer lines and vats DEO-CLEAN-44231 is a highly alkaline colourless and odourless solution containing inorganic detergent which is active in the alkaline phase.
DEO-CLEAN-4421 great for removing tough organic soil from the surface of stainless steel surfaces DEO-CLEAN-4431 is a heavy duty alkali solution containing low foaming surfactants & sequestering agents that efficiently cuts residue, fallout and build from beer-lines, tanks, vats and equipment into solution for efficient removal. DEO-CLEAN-4431 will not damage Heat exchangers, Gaskets, Pipe lines, hose lines PRVs, sample valves, sight glass valves and faucets

How to use:
C.I.P . Cleaning: 1 part – DEO-CLEAN 4431 to 1:80 to 1:160 water, then rinse with potable water. Tanks and vessels in the brewery are not all created equal. Fermenters require more time and action than bright tanks; certain yeast strains make bigger messes and need a longer cleaning cycle, and dirty kegs that have been left out always need extra attention. DEO-CLEAN-4431’s buffered formula cuts cleaning time by 30 to 50% in these cases.
